Returning the goods
If you see that your goods are damaged, please contact us immediately by e-mail at info@onlysmile.lt or by phone +370 630 39546 and submit the following.
You can return the product in cases provided by law.
Goods of defective quality are replaced or returned in accordance with the “Rules for Return and Exchange of Items” approved on June 29 of 2001 by the order of the Minister of Economy no. 217.
Goods of appropriate quality are returned on the basis of the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 258 “Rules for the sale of goods and provision of services when contracts are concluded by means of communication”, approved on August 17, 2001. In this case, the cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer.
The returned item must be fully completed. You are responsible for the complete assembly and packaging of the item.
